Personal Data any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”), under the Agreement. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Personal Data. Each of the Parties states that it will comply with the regulations in force regarding privacy and the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 as amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree No. 101/2018) and in any case will only process personal data obtained in the execution of its working activity for the scope and the purposes of the processing itself. In particular, the Supplier, as data controller, accepts, toward its own personnel assigned to the execution of the Contract and/or toward any relevant subcontractors and/or sub-suppliers, the broadest possible responsibility provided for by law in the event of any violation of the obligations in force regarding privacy and the protection of personal data. ARaymond is committed to environmental protection and, more generally, to sustainable development and business ethics, and ARaymond only works with suppliers that are committed to adopting the same approach. Moreover, ARaymond asks that the Supplier also act in this way toward its sub-suppliers and subcontractors. Against this background, ARaymond applies the ARaymond Business Partner Charter, as well as a specific policy regarding gifts and invitations, which is available on the ARaymond website. The Supplier expressly acknowledges that it has read and understood the ARaymond Business Partner Charter and the aforementioned policy, undertakes to adhere to ethical principles and values that are at least equivalent, and warrants that its sub-suppliers and subcontractors will also adhere to these principles and values. Furthermore, in the execution of the Contract, the Supplier undertakes not to employ natural or legal persons (including, in particular, employees, subcontractors and any other third party) with whom ARaymond and/or the Supplier are not authorized to enter into agreements, in particular with regard to (i) restrictions or embargoes imposed by the United Nations, the European Union or under any other regional or national sanctions programme and (ii) restrictions set forth in stand-alone legislation. The Supplier undertakes to comply with the principles contained in the United Nations Global Compact, in particular with regard to human rights, labour law, the environment and the fight against corruption.
Personal Data means any personal data, as defined in the GDPR, which is provided by or on behalf of Customer and Processed by the Processor pursuant to the Services Agreement. Examples of Personal Data in a sentence
In the event that Apple receives a third party request, such as a request from law enforcement or a regulatory authority, for Your or Your End User’s Content or Personal Data (“Third Party Request”), Apple will (i) notify You, to the extent permitted by law, of its receipt of the Third Party Request; and (ii) notify the requester to address such Third Party Request to You.
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them takes place in violation of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 or decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, as required by art.
You authorize Apple to use all the Apple entities set forth in the definition of “Apple” as a Service Provider and any other Service Providers Apple may use, provided that such Service Providers are bound by contract to treat Personal Data in no less a protective way than Apple has undertaken to treat such data under this Agreement, and will not use such data for any purpose beyond that specified herein.
Apple will not access the contents of Your Personal Data in order to identify information subject to any specific legal requirements.
Apple will not use students’ Personal Data to help create, develop, operate, deliver or improve advertising.

Personal Data means data that can be reasonably used to identify an individual that is under the control of the Institution under this Agreement.
