Definizione di Specified Currency

Specified Currency has the meaning, if any, given in the relevant Note Final Terms.
Specified Currency means the Specified Currency as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

Examples of Specified Currency in a sentence

  • Business Day means a "Business Day" as defined in Condition 3 of the Terms and Conditions, determined on the basis of the Specified Currency of the relevant Notes.

  • Specified Currency or Currencies: United States dollar ("USD" or "U.S.$ ").

  • If "Cash Adjustment" is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms, the Issuer shall pay to the relevant Noteholder a cash amount in the Specified Currency (to be paid at the same time as delivery of the Entitlement) equal to the value (as determined by the Calculation Agent) of such Fractional Entitlement, calculated as specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Currency and Currency Exchange Rate risk with respect to the Underlying or its components If the Underlying or its components are denominated in a currency other than the Specified Currency, there is a Currency Exchange Rate risk, as long as it is not excluded in the relevant Final Terms.

  • If the Securities are denominated in a currency (the "Specified Currency") other than the currency of the jurisdiction where a Security Holder is domiciled or where the Security Holder seeks to receive funds, there is a Currency Exchange Rate risk (as described in Currency Exchange Rate risk).

  • The Notes, except for Uncertificated Notes and Notes in registered form (Registered Notes), are in bearer form (Bearer Notes), and, in the case of Definitive Bearer Notes, serially numbered, in the Specified Currency and the Specified Denomination(s) specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Specified Currency or Currencies: Euro, as defined in General Note Condition 2(a) ("EUR").

  • Estimated net proceeds to Issuer (in Specified Currency): U.S.$ 494,698,000.

  • The Notes are in registered form or bearer form (and Bearer Notes may be exchangeable for Registered Notes, but Registered Notes may not be exchangeable for Bearer Notes) as specified in the applicable Final Terms and, in the case of definitive Notes, serially numbered, in the Specified Currency and the Specified Denomination(s) specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • This presents certain risks relating to currency conversion if an investor's financial activities are denominated principally in a currency or currency unit (the “Investor's Currency”) other than the Specified Currency.
