Documents processing. Documents to be processed will be taken into account upon their Reception by the Technical Platform. A Document is deemed to be “Received” by the Technical Platform upon reception (a) in its entirety on Technical Platform, (b) properly formatted as specified in the online help and (c) without exceeding 10Mb in size, including attached files (3Mb for Emails). Customer will be informed of the delivery or non-delivery status of its Documents in the User Interface.
