Common use of Grant of License Clause in Contracts

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera grants Licensee, solely for use with respect to the specific Customer identified and term specified in such Order Confirmation, a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to install and use solely with Licensee FNL Products that generate revenue and that generate FNL Revenue in an amount that does not exceed the License Level,
