Common use of Grant of License Clause in Contracts

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order, Flexera grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein), non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for Internal Purposes only and for the subscription term,

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable OrderOrder Confirmation, Flexera grants Licensee, solely for use with respect to Licensee the specific Customer identified and term specified in such Order Confirmation, a non-transferable (except as provided herein)transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within use solely with Licensee FNO Products that generate revenue and that generate FNO Revenue in an amount that does not exceed the License Level, for Internal Purposes only and for the subscription term,
