House Regulations. The Hotel Metropolitan Morioka takes this opportunity to welcome you and invite you to enjoy full use of our facilities. Every guest is requested to observe the following regulations to ensure that hotel guests have a pleasant and safe stay in accordance with Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts. If a Guest does not observe these regulations, the Hotel may legally be obliged to cancel the accommodation and related contract under Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts. The Hotel shall not be liable for any damage caused by the failure of any Guests to observe these regulations and that Guests may also be held liable for any damages suffered by the Hotel.

Every guest is requested to observe and comply with the following Regulations to maintain the dignity of the hotel and to ensure that all Hotel guests have a pleasant and safe stay, in accordance with Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts. If a Guest does not comply with the House Regulations, the Hotel may refuse further use by the Guest of the Guest's Hotel room and other Hotel facilities pursuant to Section 1 of Article 7 of said Contracts. The Hotel will not be liable to any Guest for any accident caused by his/her failure to comply with the House Regulations.

Under article 10 of the “Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contract”, The Hotel has established the House Regulations which all guests are expected to observe in order to ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests. If guests fail to comply with this regulation, the hotel reserves the right to discontinue the accommodation contract and to refuse use of hotel facilities. Moreover, the hotel reserves the right to request such guests to compensate for any loss and/or damage sustained by the hotel in accordance with articles 7 and 17 of the said contract. ●Fire Precautions １ Smoking in bed or other places where fire is apt to occur is prohibited.
