第１条 [適用範囲]
1.当ホテルが宿泊客との間で締結する宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約は、この約款の定めるところによるものとし、この約款に定めのない事項については、法令又は一般に確立された慣習によるものとします。
2. 当ホテルが、法令及び慣習に反しない範囲で特約に応じたときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、その特約が優先するものとします。
第２条 [宿泊契約の申込み]
1.当ホテルに宿泊契約の申込みをしようとする者は、次の事項を当ホテルに申し出ていただきます。
(1) 宿泊者名
(2) 宿泊日及び到着予定時刻
(3) 宿泊料金(原則として別表第１の基本宿泊料による。)
(4) その他当ホテルが必要と認める事項
2.宿泊客が、宿泊中に前項第２号の宿泊日を超えて宿泊の継続を申し入れた場合、当ホテルは、その申し出がなされた時点で新たな宿泊契約の申し込みがあったものとして処理します。
第３条 [宿泊契約の成立等]
1.宿泊契約は、当ホテルが前条の申し込みを承諾したときに成立するものとします。ただし、当ホテルが承諾をしなかったことを証明したときは、この限りではありません。
2.前項により宿泊契約が成立したときは、宿泊期間の基本宿泊料を限度として当ホテルが定める申込金を、当ホテルが指定する日までに、お支払いいただきます。
3.申込金は、まず、宿泊客が最終的に支払うべき宿泊料金に充当し、第 6 条及び第 18 条の規定を適用する事態が生じたときは、違約
金に次いで賠償金の順序で充当し、残額があれば、第 12 条の規定による料金の支払いの際に返還します。
4.第 2 項の申込金を同項の規定により当ホテルが指定した日までにお支払いいただけない場合は、宿泊契約はその効力を失うものとします。ただし、申込金の支払期日を指定するに当たり、当ホテルがその旨を宿泊客に告知した場合に限ります。
第４条 [申込金の支払いを要しないこととする特約]
1.前条第 2 項の規定にかかわらず、当ホテルは、契約の成立後同項の申込金の支払いを要しないこととする特約に応じることがあります。
2.宿泊契約の申し込みを承諾するに当たり、当ホテルが前条第 2 項の申込金の支払いを求めなかった場合及び当該申込金の支払期日を指定しなかった場合は、前項の特約に応じたものとして取り扱います。
第５条 [宿泊契約締結の拒否]
1.当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合において、宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。
(1) 宿泊の申し込みが、この約款によらないとき。
(2) 満室により客室の余裕がないとき。
(3) 宿泊しようとする者が、宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき。
(4) 宿泊しようとする者が、伝染病者であると明らかに認められるとき。
(5) 宿泊に関し合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。
(6) 天災、施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
(7) 宿泊しようとする者が泥酔等により他の宿泊者に著しく迷惑を及ぼすおそれがあると認められるとき。

2. 当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合、または該当すると当ホテルが判断した場合において、宿泊契約を締結いたしません。
(1) 宿泊しようとする者が、暴力団、暴力団員、または暴力関係団体その他反社会的勢力の関係者であるとき
(2) 宿泊しようとする者が、暴力団または暴力団員が活動を支配する法人その他の団体の関係者であるとき。
(3) 反社会的団体、反社会的団体構成員及びこれに類する行為が認められるとホテルが判断した場合。
(4) 暴行、傷害、脅迫、恐喝、威圧的な不当要求及びこれに類する行為が認められる場合。
第６条 [宿泊客の契約解除権]
1.宿泊客は、当ホテルに申し出て、宿泊契約を解除することができます。
2.当ホテルは、宿泊客がその責めに帰すべき事由により宿泊契約の全部又は一部を解除した場合(第 3 条第 2 項の規定により当ホテルが申込金の支払期日を指定してその支払いを求めた場合であって、その支払いより前に宿泊客が宿泊契約を解除したときを除きます。) は、別表第 2 に掲げるところにより、違約金を申し受けます。ただし、当ホテルが第 4 条第 1 項の特約に応じた場合にあっては、その特約に応じるに当たって、宿泊客が宿泊契約を解除したときの違約金支払義務について、当ホテルが宿泊客に告知したときに限ります。
3. 当ホテルは、宿泊客が連絡をしないで宿泊日当日の午後 8 時(予め到着予定時刻が明示されている場合は、その時刻を 2 時間経過した時刻)になっても到着しないときは、その宿泊契約は宿泊客により解除されたものとみなし処理することがあります。
第７条 [当ホテルの契約解除権]
1.当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合においては、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。
(1) 宿泊客が宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序又は善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき、又は同行為をしたと認められるとき。
(2) 宿泊客が伝染病者であると明らかに認められるとき。
(3) 宿泊に関し合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。
(4) 天災等不可抗力に起因する事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
(5) 宿泊客が泥酔等により他の宿泊者に著しく迷惑を及ぼすおそれがあると認められるとき。

(6) 寝室での寝たばこ、消防用設備等に対するいたずら、その他当ホテルが定める利用規則の禁止事項に従わないとき。
2.当ホテルが前項規定に基づいて宿泊契約を解除したときは、宿泊客がいまだ提供を受けていない宿泊サービス等の料金はいただきません。
3.当ホテルは、次に掲げる場合、または該当すると当ホテルが判断した場合においては、宿泊契約を解除いたします。
(1) 宿泊客が、暴力団員、暴力団等暴力関係団体その他反社会的勢力の関係者であるとき。
(2) 宿泊客が、暴力団または暴力団員が活動する法人その他の団体の関係者であるとき。
(3) 反社会的団体、反社会的団体構成員及びこれに類する行為が認められるとホテルが判断した場合。
(4) 暴行、傷害、脅迫、恐喝、威圧的な不当要求及びこれに類する行為が認められる場合。
第８条 [宿泊の登録]
1.宿泊客は、宿泊日当日、当ホテルのフロントにおいて、次の事項を登録していただきます。
(1) 宿泊客の氏名、年令、性別、住所、電話番号及び職業
(2) 外国人にあっては、更に国籍、旅券番号、入国地及び入国年月日（チェックインの際、パスポートをコピーさせていただきます）
(3) 出発日及び出発予定時刻
(4) その他当ホテルが必要と認める事項
2.宿泊客が第 12 条の料金の支払いを、旅行小切手、宿泊券、クレジットカード等通貨に代わり得る方法により行おうとするときは、あらかじめ、前項の登録時にそれらを呈示していただきます。
第９条 [客室の使用時間]
1.宿泊客が当ホテルの客室を使用できる時間は、午後 2 時から翌朝午前 11 時までですが、ご宿泊プランにより異なりますのでご確認ください。ただし、連続して宿泊する場合においては、到着日及び出発日を除き、終日使用することができます。
2.当ホテルは、前項の規定にかかわらず、同項に定める時間外の客室の便用に応じることがあります。この場合には次に掲げる追加料金を申し受けます。
（1）超過 3 時間までは、室料金の 3 分の 1
（2）超過 6 時間までは、室料金の 2 分の 1
（3）超過 6 時間以上は、室料金の全額
第 10 条 [利用規則の遵守]
宿泊客は、当ホテル内においては、当ホテルが定めてホテル内に掲示した利用規則に従っていただきます。
第 11 条 [営業時間]
1.当ホテルの主な施設等の営業時間は次のとおりとし、その他の施設等詳しい営業時間は館内備付けパンフレット、各所の掲示、客室内のインフォメーションブック等でご案内いたします。

2. 前項の時間は、必要やむを得ない場合には臨時に変更することがあります。その場合には、適当な方法をもってお知らせします。
第 12 条 [料金の支払い]
1.宿泊者が支払うべき宿泊料金等の内訳は、別表第１に掲げるところによります。
2.前項の宿泊料金等の支払いは、通貨又は当ホテルが認めた旅行小切手、宿泊券、クレジットカード等これに代わり得る方法により、宿泊客の出発の際又は当ホテルが請求した時、フロントにおいて行っていただきます。
3.当ホテルが宿泊客に客室を提供し、使用が可能になったのち、宿泊客が任意に宿泊しなかった場合においても、宿泊料金は申し受けます。
第 13 条 [当ホテルの責任]
1.当ホテルは、宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約の履行に当たり、又はそれらの不履行により宿泊客に損害を与えたときは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、それが当ホテルの責めに帰すべき事由によるものでないときは、この限りではありません。
2.当ホテルは、万一の火災等に対処するため、旅館賠償責任保険に加入しております。
第 14 条 [契約した客室の提供ができないときの取扱い]
1.当ホテルは、宿泊客に契約した客室を提供できないときは、宿泊客の了解を得て、できる限り同一の条件による他の宿泊施設をあっ旋するものとします。
2.当ホテルは、前項の規定にかかわらず他の宿泊施設のあっ旋ができないときは、違約金相当額の補償料を宿泊客に支払い、その補償料は損害賠償額に充当します。ただし、客室が提供できないことについて、当ホテルの責めに帰すべき事由がないときは、補償料を支払いません。
第 15 条 [寄託物等の取扱い]
1.宿泊客がフロントにお預けになった物品又は現金並びに貴重品について、滅失、毀損等の損害が生じたときは、それが、不可抗力である場合を除き、当ホテルは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、現金・貴金属・パソコン・その他貴重品については、当ホテルがその種類及び価額の明告を求めた場合であって、宿泊客がそれを行わなかったときは、当ホテルは 15 万円を限度としてその損害を賠償します。明告の内容によっては、お預かりをお断りする場合もあります。なお、パソコン内に保存してあるデータが消失した場合等の損害につきましては、一切責任を負いかねます。
2.宿泊客が、当ホテル内にお持込みになった物品又は現金並びに貴重品であってフロントにお預けにならなかったものについて、当ホテルの故意又は過失により滅失、毀損等の損害が生じたときは、当ホテルは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、宿泊客からあらかじめ種類及び価額の明告のなかったものについては、当ホテルに故意又は重大な過失がある場合を除き、15 万円を限度として当ホテルはその損害を賠償します。
第 16 条 [宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品の保管]
1.宿泊客の手荷物が、宿泊に先立って当ホテルに到着した場合は、その到着前に当ホテルが了解したときに限って責任をもって保管し、宿泊客がフロントにおいてチェックインする際にお渡しします。
2.宿泊客がチェックアウトしたのち、宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品が当ホテルに置き忘れられていた場合は、一定期間保管の後、法令に基づいて処理させていただきます。
3.前 2 項の場合における宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品の保管についての当ホテルの責任は、第 1 項の場合にあっては前条第 1 項の規定
に、前項の場合にあっては同条第 2 項の規定に準じるものとします。
第 17 条 [駐車の責任]
宿泊客が当ホテルの駐車場をご利用になる場合、車両の鍵の寄託の如何にかかわらず、当ホテルは場所をお貸しするものであって、車両の管理責任まで負うものではありません。ただし、駐車場の管理に当たり、当ホテルの故意又は過失によって損害を与えたときは、その賠償の責めに任じます。
第 18 条 [宿泊客の責任]
宿泊客の故意又は過失により当ホテルが損害を被ったときは、当該宿泊客は当ホテルに対し、その損害を賠償して頂きます。
第 19 条 [免責事項]
当ホテル内からのコンピューター通信のご利用にあたりましては、宿泊客自身の責任において行うものといたします。コンピューター通信のご利用中にシステム障害その他の理由によりサービスが中断し、その結果、宿泊客がいかなる損害を受けた場合におきましても、当ホテルは一切の責任を負いません。また、コンピューター通信のご利用に当ホテルが不適切と判断した行為により、当ホテル及び第三者に損害が生じた場合、その損害を賠償していただきます。

（1）％は、基本宿泊料に対する違約金の比率です。
（2）契約日数が短縮した場合は、その短縮日数にかかわりなく、1 日分(初日)の違約金を収受します。
（3）団体客(15 名以上)の一部について契約の解除があった場合、宿泊の 10 日前(その日より後に申込みをお引き受けした場合にはそのお引き受けした日)における宿泊人数の 10％ (端数が出た場合には切り上げる) にあたる人数については、違約金はいただきません。
（4）付帯料金については宴会規約及び提携事業者が定めるキャンセルポリシーに従って計算し、別表第２に基づいて計算した金額と合算のうえ、違約金として収受いたします。

Accommodation Contract (Terms and Conditions)
Article 1 - Scope of Application
01.01. The Accommodation Contract and related contracts to be concluded between our Hotel and the Guest shall be based on this Contract under the following terms and conditions of our Contract. Any matter not stipulated in this Contract shall be governed by ordinance and generally established practice.
01.02. When our Hotel has agreed to conclude a Special Contract without conflicting with ordinance and established practice, the said Special Contract shall prevail.
Article 2 - Application for an Accommodation Contract
02.01. The Guest who intends to apply to our Hotel for an Accommodation Contract will be required to provide our Hotel with the following particulars:
(1) Name(s) of Guest(s) to be registered.
(2) Date(s) scheduled for overnight stay and estimated time of arrival.
(3) Accommodation charge (according, in principle, to the basic accommodation charges described in the attached table No.1).
(4) Other information considered necessary by our Hotel.
02.02. In the case that the Guest has requested, during his/her stay, an extension of an overnight stay beyond the date described in the preceding Paragraph (2) above, our Hotel shall handle his/her request as a new application for an Accommodation Contract which has been made at the point in time when the said request has been made.
Article 3 - Conclusion, etc. of the Accommodation Contract
03.01. The Accommodation Contract shall be considered to have been concluded at the time when our Hotel has accepted the application described in the preceding Article, unless our Hotel has certified that our Hotel has not accepted the said application.
03.02. Payment is due the application fee that the Hotel defines the basic charge of stay as limit until the day the Hotel to specify.
03.03. The Application Money shall first be applied to the final payment of the Accommodation Charge payable, and when the circumstances requiring application of the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 have arisen, to penalty and then to compensation money in this order. If there is any balance left it will be repaid at the time when the Accommodation Charge is paid as provided in Article 12.
03.04. In the case that the Application Money described in Paragraph 2 of this Article has not been paid by the date set by us as stipulated in the same Paragraph, the Accommodation Contract shall become invalid, but limited only to the case where our Hotel has notified the Guest to that effect at the time when prescribing the day due for payment of the Application Money.
Article 4 - Special Contract Requiring Non-Payment of the Application Money
04.01. Notwithstanding the provision of the preceding Article, Paragraph 2, there are cases where our Hotel accepts a Special Contract which does not require payment of the Application Money specified in the said Paragraph after the conclusion of the Contract.
04.02. When accepting an application for an Accommodation Contract, in the case that our Hotel fails to request payment of the Application Money specified in the preceding Article, Paragraph 2, and/or in the case that it fails to prescribe the due date for payment of the said Application Money, the Special Contract described in the preceding Paragraph shall be considered to have been accepted.
Article 5 - Refusal of the Conclusion of the Accommodation Contract
05.01. The following are cases where our Hotel will not accept the conclusion of the Accommodation Contract:
(1) When application for accommodation is not based on this Contract.
(2) When there is no room available due to full occupancy.
(3) When the Guest seeking accommodation is considered likely to behave in violation of the provisions of the ordinance, public order or good public morals.
(4) When the Guest seeking accommodation is clearly considered to be a patient with an infectious disease.
(5) When a burden related to accommodation is requested in excess of a reasonable range.
(6) When act of God, trouble with facilities, and other unavoidable causes prevent the Guest from staying at our Hotel.
(7) When the Guest seeking accommodation is obviously intoxicated and could annoy other guests, or when the Guest is behaving in such a manner as to be an annoyance to other guests.(When the provision of Article 12 of Iwate Prefecture Ordinance are applicable).
(8) When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed to be a member of or be linked to a crime syndicate, organized crime groups or any antisocial organizations.
(9) When the Guest seeking accommodation can be detected as a corporation or other groups of which business activities are under control of a crime syndicate or organized crime groups.
(10) When the Guest seeking accommodation is a corporate company which its director is proven to be a member of an organized crime syndicate.
(11) When the Guest seeking accommodation has engaged in violent acts towards the accommodation facilities or the hotel staff.
Article 6 - The Guest's Right to Cancel the Contract
06.01. The Guest may request our Hotel to cancel the Accommodation Contract.
06.02. In the case that the Guest has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to causes attributable to him/her (which is the case when our Hotel has requested payment of the Application Money by prescribing the date due for such payment under the provision of Article 3, Paragraph 2, except in the case when the Guest has cancelled the Accommodation Contract prior to such payment), payment of penalty shall be required as specified in the attached Table No.2, but in the case that our Hotel has accepted a Special Contract described in Article 4, Paragraph 1 this provision shall be applied only to the case where our Hotel has notified the Guest of his/her responsibility to pay a penalty for cancellation of the Contract when accepting the Special Contract.
06.03. In the case that the Guest does not arrive by 20:00p.m. on the day of an overnight stay without informing our Hotel of a delay (or after the lapse of 2 hours past the scheduled time of arrival if indicated by the Guest beforehand), the Accommodation Contract concerned may be considered to have been cancelled by the Guest and will be handled accordingly.
Article 7 - The Right of Our Hotel to Cancel the Contract
07.01. The following are cases where our Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract:
(1) When the Guest is considered likely to behave in violation of the provisions of the ordinance, public order or good public morals, or he/she is considered to have behaved in such a manner.
(2) When the Guest is clearly considered to be a patient with an infectious disease.
(3) When a burden related to accommodation is requested in excess of a reasonable range.
(4) When unavoidable causes, such as act of God, etc., prevent the Guest from staying at our Hotel.
(5) When the Guest is obviously intoxicated and could annoy other guests, or when the Guest is behaving in such a manner as to be an annoyance to other guests. (When the provision of Article 12 of Iwate Prefecture Ordinance are applicable).
(6) When the Guest smokes in bed or vandalizes fire protection facilities, or does not comply with the matters prohibited by our Hotel (limited only
to those matters necessary for fire prevention) among the rules of use prescribed by our Hotel.
(7) When the Guest is deemed to be a member of or be linked to a crime syndicate, organized crime groups or any antisocial organizations.
(8) When the Guest can be detected as a corporation or other groups of which business activities are under control of a crime syndicate or organized crime groups.
(9) When the Guest is a corporate company which its director is proven to be a member of an organized crime syndicate.
(10) When the Guest has engaged in violent acts towards the accommodation facilities or the hotel staff.
07.02. In cases where our Hotel has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in accordance with the provision of the preceding Paragraph, charges for accommodation service, etc. which have not yet been offered to the Guest shall not be receivable.
Article 8 - Registration of Accommodation
08.01. The Guest will be required to register the following particulars at the front desk of our Hotel:
(1) Name, age, sex, address, phone number and occupation of the Guest.
(2) Nationality, passport number, place entered and date entered, in the case of a foreign guest. (A photo copy of your passport must be taken when you check-in)
(3) Scheduled date and time of departure.
(4) Other particulars considered necessary by our Hotel.
08.02. In the case that the Guest intends to pay the charges described in Article 12 by using such means in place of currency as traveler's checks, accommodation coupons, credit card, etc., he/she will be required to show them at the time of registration described in the preceding Paragraph.
Article 9 - Time Allowed for Use of the Guest room
09.01. The time allowed for the Guest to use the guest room of our Hotel shall be from 2:00 p.m. till 11:00 a.m. of the following morning, it depends on the accommodation offer, except when the Guest stays for more than one night in succession, in which case the Guest may use the guest room all day except the day of arrival and the day of departure.
09.02. Notwithstanding the provision of the preceding Paragraph, there are cases where our Hotel may accept the use of the guest room in hours other than those specified in the preceding Paragraph, in which case an additional charge will be required as specified below.
(1) Up to 3 hours in excess of the prescribed hours 1/3 of the room charge
(2) Up to 6 hours in excess of the prescribed hours 1/2 of the room charge
(3) 6 hours or more in excess of the prescribed hours Full amount equal to the room charge
Article 10 - Compliance of the Rules of Use of the Hotel
10.01. While staying in our Hotel, the Guest will be required to comply with the Rules of Use posted inside our Hotel as prescribed by us.
Article 11 - Business Hours
11.01. The business hours of principal facilities in our Hotel shall be as follows. Details of the service hours of other facilities are explained in the pamphlet provided, displays at major points inside our Hotel and the service directory provided in each guest room.

11.02. The service hours described in the preceding Paragraph may be changed temporarily for unavoidable reasons, in which case the Guest will be notified by proper means.
Article 12 - Payment of Charges
12.01. The breakdown of the accommodation charge, etc. payable by the Guest shall be as listed in the attached Table No.1.
12.02. Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. described in the preceding Paragraph shall be made in currency or by other alternative means acceptable by our Hotel, such as traveler's check, accommodation coupon, credit card, etc., at the front desk at the time when the Guest departs from our Hotel or is charged by our Hotel.
12.03. In the case that the Guest has not stayed at our Hotel at his/her discretion even after we have offered the guest room to the Guest and made it available for him/her to use, the accommodation charge will still be charged.
Article 13 - Responsibility of Our Hotel
13.01. In the case that we have inflicted damage on the Guest in the course of fulfilling the Accommodation Contract and related Contracts or in breach of these Contracts, we shall compensate for the said damage, unless the said damage has been caused due to a cause not attributable to us.
13.02. Our Hotel is covered by the Hotel liability insurance to cope with emergencies in the case of fire, etc.
Article 14 - Handling In Case the Guest Room Contracted Is Not Available
14.01. Should the guest room contracted for the Guest under the Accommodation Contract become unavailable for him/her, our Hotel shall try to offer other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as the original Accommodation Contract as far as possible, subject to the consent of the Guest concerned.
14.02. Notwithstanding the provision of the preceding Paragraph, in cases where we are unable to offer other accommodation facilities to the Guest, we shall pay to him/her a compensation charge equivalent to the penalty, which will be applied to the amount of the compensable damage. However, in cases where there is no cause attributable to us for not being able to offer the guest room, we shall not pay the compensation charge.
Article 15 - Handling of Checked Articles, etc.
15.01. When the articles, cash and/or valuables checked by the Guest at the front desk have been lost or damaged, our Hotel shall compensate for the damage, unless the loss or damage has been caused by force major. However, in the case of cash and valuables, we shall do so only when the Guest has clearly reported the kind and value of such cash and valuables at our request. Otherwise we shall compensate for the damage up to the maximum amount of 150,000JPY. Regarding the damage such as when the data you have stored in your computer is lost, it cannot take any responsibility.
15.02. When the Guest has brought into our Hotel articles, cash and/or valuables but has not checked them at the front desk, we shall compensate for the loss or damage inflicted on them if caused intentionally or negligently on our part, except when the Guest has not clearly reported to us beforehand the kind and value of such items lost or damaged, in which case we shall compensate for the loss or damage up to the maximum amount of 150,000JPY unless we are intentionally or negligently responsible for such loss or damage.
Article 16 - Custody of the Baggage or Personal Belongings of the Guest
16.01. When the baggage of the Guest has arrived at our Hotel prior to his/her arrival, our Hotel will keep it subject to our agreement given prior to its arrival, and will hand it to the Guest at the time when he/she checks in at the front desk.
16.02. After the guest had check out, if the baggage or personal belongings had been left at the Hotel, We will handle them after a certain period of time storage, in accordance with the laws and the regulation based on it.
16.03. The responsibility of our Hotel regarding the custody of the Guest's baggage or personal belongings in the case of the preceding two Paragraphs shall conform to the provision of the preceding Article, Paragraph 1, in the case of Paragraph 1 of this Article and to the provision of the preceding Article, Paragraph 2, in the case of the preceding Paragraph. 16.02.
Article 17 - Responsibility for Parking
17.01. When the Guest uses the parking area of our Hotel, our Hotel only lends the parking area and does not assume responsibility for care and custody of the vehicle parked, regardless of whether or not our Hotel has been asked to keep the key to the vehicle. However, our Hotel shall be liable for compensation if and when the vehicle parked is damaged intentionally or negligently on our side while keeping the parking area under our control.
Article 18 - Responsibility of the Guest
18.01. In the case that our Hotel has suffered damage due to the intention or fault of the Guest, the Guest will be required to compensate to our Hotel for the said damage.
Article 19 - Waiver for Computer Communication Service
19.01. Please be informed that we are not responsible for any possible damage that may be caused by a system failure or for other reasons while the computer communication services are being used. In addition, the guest may be required to compensate the Hotel and a third party for any possible damage caused by acts that we judge to be an inappropriate use of our computer communication system.

当ホテルでは、お客様が安全かつ快適にお過ごしいただくために、当ホテル宿泊約款第 10 条に基づき、下記の通り利用規則を定めておりますので、これをお守りくださいますようお願いいたします。この規則をお守り頂けない場合には、宿泊約款第 7 条により、ご宿泊及びホテル内諸施設のご利用をお断り申し上げることがございます。また、この規則をお守りにならないことによって生じた事故・損害につきまして、当ホテルは責任を負いかねますとともに、当ホテルが 被った損害のご負担を頂くことがございますので、特にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
1. 客室のご利用について
(1) お部屋にご到着後、入口ドア裏側の掲示板で避難経路及び非常口の位置をご確認くださるようお願いいたします。
(2) 宿泊登録者以外の方のご宿泊は堅くお断りいたします。
(3) ホテルの許可なく客室を営業行為(展示会・その他)など宿泊以外の目的でご利用されることは堅くお断り致します。
(4) ご滞在中、特にご就寝の際は必ずドアロックをお掛けください。
(5) ドアをノックされたときは不用意に開扉なさらずに、ドアスコープで来訪者をご確認ください。また、不審者と思われる場合は至急フロント(ダイアル 75 番)までご連絡ください。
(6) 火災になりやすい場所（特にベッドや布団の上）での喫煙はなさらないでください。
(7) ホテル内での暖房及び炊事等の目的のための火器や機器のご使用は堅くお断りいたします。

(9) 館内及び客室内の備品を所定の場所からみだりに移動させないようお願いいたします。また、ホテルの許可なく客室内に造作・改造を施さないでください。

(11) 窓から物をお投げにならないでください。
(12) ホテルの外観を損なうような物を窓側におかないでください。
(13) お部屋からお出掛けの際は客室の鍵を必ずお持ちになり、施錠をご確認ください。
2. お支払い等について
(1) お会計はご出発の際に、フロントでお願いいたします。お勘定は、3 日毎にお支払いいただきます。但し 3 日以内でも、滞在中に当ホテルから請求があったときはその都度お支払いください。
(2) ご到着時にお預かり金を申し受けることがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
(3) お買い物代、切符代、タクシー代、荷物送料等のお立て替えはお断りさせていただきます。
(4) 個人小切手でのお支払い及び両替は堅くお断りさせていただきます。
(5) 客室内のお電話をご利用の場合、施設使用料が加算されますのでご了承ください。
(6) サービス料としてお勘定の 10％を加算させて頂いておりますので、お心付け等はご辞退申し上げます。
3. 貴重品について
ご滞在中は、現金・貴金属・パソコン・その他貴重品の保管については、フロントに備え付けの貸金庫（無料）をご利用ください。ご利用されないで、万一紛失、盗難等が発生した場合には当ホテルは責任を負いかねます。
なお、パソコン内に保存してあるデータが消失した場合等の損害につきましては、一切責任を負いかねます。また、美術品、骨董品等の品物はお預かりいたしかねます。
4. お預かり物について
お預かり物の保管期間は、特に指定のないかぎり、お預け日より下記の通りとさせていただきます。保管期間を経過したお預かり物は処分させて頂きますのでご了承ください。

5. 遺失物について

6. 館内に以下のような物をお持ち込みにならないでください。
(1) 動物、鳥類などのペット類。(盲導犬は除く)
(2) 悪臭を発する物
(3) 発火又は引火しやすい火薬、揮発油類及び体に害を及ぼす危険性のある薬品
(4) 法令により所持を禁じられている鉄砲、刀剣、覚醒剤など
7. 館内では以下のような行為はご遠慮ください。
(1) 浴衣、バスローブ、スリッパのままで客室から外出すること。
(2) 賭博や公序良俗に反する行為、高声、放歌及び喧嘩など、他のお客様に嫌悪感を与えたり迷惑を及ぼすような行為。
(3) ホテルの許可なく他のお客様に、広告・宣伝物の配布、物品の販売、勧誘などを行うこと.
(4) ホテル内で撮影された写真等をホテルの許可なく営業上の目的で公にすること
8. その他
(1) 館内外の設備、備品、その他の物品を損傷、汚染、あるいは紛失された場合は実費にて弁償していただきます。
(2) ホテルの許可なく館内へ飲食物を持ち込んだり、ホテル外から飲食物を注文することはお断りいたします。
(3) 駐車場の利用については掲示してある利用規則に従っていただきます。
HOUSE REGULATIONS
The Hotel Metropolitan Morioka takes this opportunity to welcome you and invite you to enjoy full use of our facilities. Every guest is requested to observe the following regulations to ensure that hotel guests have a pleasant and safe stay in accordance with Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts. If a Guest does not observe these regulations, the Hotel may legally be obliged to cancel the accommodation and related contract under Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts. The Hotel shall not be liable for any damage caused by the failure of any Guests to observe these regulations and that Guests may also be held liable for any damages suffered by the Hotel.
1. Guest Rooms
(1) Please be sure to check the location of emergency routes and exits as posted on the inside of your guest room door.
(2) Please note that guests who are not registered are not allowed to stay at the Hotel.
(3) Please refrain from using your room for purposes other than accommodation.
(4) Please be sure to lock the door while in your room, especially before you go to sleep.
(5) Please be sure to identify visitors through the door scope before opening the door. Please do not admit unknown visitors into your room. When in doubt, Contact the Front Desk (dial 75) immediately.
(6) Please do not smoke in bed.
(7) Please do not use any heating, cooking or ironing equipment in the room or hallway.
(8) Please do not invite visitors to your room without good reason. Please use the lobby for meeting people.
(9) Please do not rearrange the furniture and fixtures in your room. Also, do not re-furnish or remodel the room without the permission of the Hotel Management.
(10) Minors are not permitted to stay at the Hotel without parental or guardian consent. If you are accompanied by minors, please ensure their behavior is not offensive to other guests.
(11) Please do not throw anything out from the windows.
(12) Please do not hang any items or objects from the windows.
(13) When leaving your room, please take your key and ensure that the door locks behind you.
2. Payment for Services
(1) Please settle your bills at the Front Desk when you depart. Please pay the charges every 3days, or whenever requested by the Hotel Management. All bills are payable upon demand.
(2) The Guest may be required by The Hotel to pay a portion of room charges or provide a guarantee of payment at check-in.
(3) The Hotel will not make any payments on behalf of the Guest for such expenses as retail goods, tickets, taxi fares, packing charges etc.
(4) The Hotel cannot cash any checks or coupons other than traveler’s checks issued by banks or other recognized financial institutions.
(5) A surcharge will be added to all outgoing calls made from your room.
(6) A 10% service charge and applicable government taxes are added to all bills. You are cordially requested not to tip any Hotel employees.
3. Valuables
Please place all cash, securities, jewelry, computer and other valuables in the complimentary safe deposit box located at the Front Desk.
The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss or theft of valuables left in guest rooms. We cannot keep any arts and curios that belong to the guests. Regarding the damage such as when the data you have stored in your computer is lost, it cannot take any responsibility.
4. Articles in Temporary Hotel Custody
Articles in temporary hotel custody will be kept for the following periods:
(1) Front Desk and Cloak Room : 1 month
(2) Safety Deposit Box : 1 month
(3) Laundry : 1 week
Articles in hotel custody exceeding these periods will be disposed of.
5. Lost and Found
The Hotel shall surrender Lost and Found items to the appropriate authorities, in accordance with the related laws and regulations.
6. Prohibited Goods in the Hotel
(1) Dogs, cats, birds and other animals or pets (guide dogs are not included).
(2) Items emitting obnoxious odors.
(3) Gunpowder, volatile oils, other explosives and inflammables etc.
(4) Unregistered firearms and swords, drugs and other articles, possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Japan.
7. Prohibited Conduct in the Hotel
(1) Please refrain from leaving your room in a yukata (Japanese robe), bathrobe or slippers. These are provided for use within the guest room only.
(2) Please do not disturb the comfort of other guests by making noises, singing loudly or behaving in an offensive manner. Please do not engage in illegal activities such as gambling, betting or bookmaking on the Hotel premises.
(3) Please do not use the Hotel for soliciting business of any type (distributing pamphlets or selling commodities etc.)
(4) Please note that unauthorized publications for business purposes of photographs taken on the premises of the Hotel may be subject to legal action.
8. Miscellaneous
(1) You will be liable for any damages or loss of Hotel property caused by the actions of yourself or your guests.
(2) Please do not order meals or drinks from outside the Hotel or bring food or beverages onto the Hotel premises without prior authorization.
(3) Please observe the posted regulations for use of the parking lot.
