Statement of Changes in Investments. A list, specifying for each investment the total purchases and sales which occurred during the year under review, may be obtained free of charge from the Registered Office of the Management Company or from any of the companies registered as Distributors of the Fund. This is available upon request, by contacting your usual Fidelity Representative.
