Common use of Username and password Clause in Contracts

Username and password. Upon receipt of all documents specified in section 2.1, Service Provider shall provide Customer with an email containing a username and a link allowing Customer to create its password that grants access to the Service. Each username and password are considered Confidential Information within the meaning of the “Confidential Information” clause below. Customer is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its username and password and shall take all necessary measures to prevent any disclosure thereof to unauthorized third parties.
