NOTICES. 11.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, Xxxxx and Seller undertake to appoint persons entitled to perform all matters relating to the performance of this Agreement (including making and sending all notices and Orders under this Agreement) (hereinafter referred to as Contact Persons), except for supplementing, amending, or terminating this Agreement. Communication between the Parties is carried out through the Contact Persons. Contact persons may be changed and / or designated by e-mail of the Party's authorized representative to the other Party.
NOTICES. 18.1 Any notice of legal nature under this Licence Agreement, such as inter alia Notice of Termination of this Licence Agreement, shall be given by sending it by registered post to other party’s registered office.
