Ja tiek konstatēta neatbilstība, BANKA nosūta KALTUVEI rakstisku paziņojumu par pārbaudes rezultātiem.

The MINT shall confirm the information on the delivery by phone (No. +371 (divas+▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or +▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇) darbadienas pirms MONĒTAS izsūtīšanas. 67022434 2 (two) business days prior to shipping the COIN out. 4.4. MONĒTA tiek uzskatīta par piegādātu, kad BANKAS Rīgas filiāles galvenais kasieris vai cits BANKAS pilnvarots pārstāvis sūtījuma saņemšanas vietā paraksta MONĒTAS sūtījuma piegādes dokumentu, apliecinot sūtījuma saņemšanas faktu. 4.4 The COIN shall be deemed delivered when the Chief Cashier of the Riga Branch of the BANK or any other representative authorised by the BANK signs the document confirming the delivery of the shipment of the COIN at the place of receiving it to the effect that the shipment has been received. 4.5. Ja BANKAS pārstāvis sūtījuma saņemšanas vietā ir konstatējis MONĒTAS sūtījuma ārējā iesaiņojuma pilnīgu vai daļēju bojājumu, BANKAS pārstāvis uz sūtījuma piegādes dokumenta izdara atzīmi par konstatētajiem bojājumiem un veic bojātā iesaiņojuma fotofiksāciju. 4.5 Where the BANK'S representative has established a full or partial damage to the outer packaging of the shipment of the COIN at the place of receiving it, the BANK'S representative shall make a note of the detected damages on the document confirming the delivery of the shipment and take a photo of the damaged packaging. 4.6. BANKA nekavējoties nosūta KALTUVEI informāciju par sūtījuma saņemšanu bojātā iesaiņojumā, pievienojot fotoattēlus. 4.6 The BANK shall immediately send the MINT information about the shipment received in a damaged packaging with the photos enclosed. 4.7. BANKA 30 (trīsdesmit) kalendāro dienu laikā pēc sūtījuma saņemšanas pārbauda saņemto MONĒTAS eksemplāru skaita atbilstību LĪGUMAM un KALTUVES rēķinā uzrādītajam MONĒTAS eksemplāru skaitam. Ja tiek konstatēta neatbilstība, BANKA nosūta KALTUVEI rakstisku paziņojumu par pārbaudes rezultātiem.

Piegādes noteikumi. 4. THE TERMS OF DELIVERY 4.1. KALTUVE piegādā BANKAI MONĒTU MONĒTAS DDP ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇-1007 (Incoterms 2010). 4.1 The MINT shall deliver the COIN COINS to the BANK at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇▇ (DDP, Incoterms 2010). 4.2. MONĒTAS MONĒTU piegādei izmantotā autotransporta izmēri nedrīkst pārsniegt platumā maksimāli 4 m, augstumā maksimāli 3.80 m un garumā maksimāli 18.75 m. 4.2 The dimensions of the transport vehicle used for the delivery of the COIN COINS may not exceed a maximum of 4 m in width, 3.80 m in height and 18.75 m in length. 4.3. 3 (trīs) darbadienas pirms MONĒTAS MONĒTU izsūtīšanas KALTUVE pa faksu Nr. +▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇ neminot sūtījuma saturu, informē BANKU par MONĒTAS MONĒTU piegādi. KALTUVE apstiprina informāciju par piegādi pa tālruni Nr. +371 67022434 2 (divas) darbadienas pirms MONĒTU izsūtīšanas. 4.3 The MINT shall inform the BANK about the delivery of the COIN COINS by fax (No. +▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), without mentioning the content of the shipment 3 (three) business days prior to shipping the COIN COINS out. Ja tiek konstatēta neatbilstība, BANKA nosūta KALTUVEI rakstisku paziņojumu par pārbaudes rezultātiem.

BANKA 30 (trīsdesmit) kalendāro dienu laikā pēc katra sūtījuma saņemšanas pārbauda saņemto MONĒTAS MONĒTU eksemplāru skaita atbilstību LĪGUMAM un KALTUVES rēķinā uzrādītajam MONĒTAS MONĒTU eksemplāru skaitam. Ja tiek konstatēta neatbilstība, BANKA nosūta KALTUVEI 4.7 The BANK shall check the conformity of the number of the pieces of the received COINS with the CONTRACT and the number of the pieces of the COINS specified in the MINT'S invoice within 30 (thirty) calendar days after each shipment has been received. Where any non-conformity is established, the rakstisku paziņojumu par pārbaudes rezultātiem. BANK shall send the MINT a written notice regarding the inspection results. 4.8. KALTUVE ir atbildīga par visiem MONĒTU iztrūkumiem un BANKAI nodarītajiem zaudējumiem MONĒTU izgatavošanas, iesaiņošanas un transportēšanas laikā. 4.8 The MINT shall be liable for all shortages in the COINS and losses incurred by the BANK during the process of production, packaging and transportation of the COINS. 4.9. Ja BANKA pārbaudē (LĪGUMA 4.7. punkts) konstatē saņemto MONĒTU skaita neatbilstību LĪGUMA noteikumiem vai KALTUVES rēķinā uzrādītajam skaitam, KALTUVE maksā BANKAI līgumsodu 10% (desmit procentu) apmērā no trūkstošo MONĒTU kopējās nominālvērtības, kā arī 8 (astoņu) nedēļu laikā vai citā termiņā, kuram rakstiski piekritusi BANKA, uz sava rēķina izgatavo, iesaiņo un piegādā BANKAI trūkstošās MONĒTAS. 4.9 Where the BANK establishes any non- conformity of the number of the received COINS with the provisions of the CONTRACT or the number indicated in the MINT'S invoice during the inspection (Paragraph 4.7 of the CONTRACT), the MINT shall pay the BANK a penalty of 10% (ten per cent) of the total face value of the missing COINS, as well as, for its account, shall produce, pack and deliver the missing COINS to the BANK within 8 (eight) weeks or any other time limit agreed upon by the BANK in writing. 4.10. MONĒTU iztrūkuma vai BANKAI nodarīto zaudējumu gadījumā KALTUVE atlīdzina BANKAI nodarītos zaudējumus 10 (desmit) darbadienu laikā pēc BANKAS pieprasījuma un rēķina saņemšanas. 4.10 In the event of a shortage in the COINS or losses incurred by the BANK, the MINT shall reimburse the BANK for the losses incurred within 10 (ten) business days after the BANK'S request and invoice have been received.
