Claims by the Purchaser. 7.4.1 If the Purchaser becomes aware of any action, fact or event that may give rise to a claim against the Sellers under this Clause 7, the Purchaser shall give a notice to the Sellers in accordance with Section 2 of the Escrow Agreement, which Section shall apply to all matters relating to the resolution of such claim, subject only to the provisions of Clauses 7.1 (General Principles), 7.2 (Limitation of Sellers' Liability), 7.4.2 (Investigation by the Sellers) and 7.5 hereof (Third Party Claims). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -13-
