Delivery times. 4.1.1. Unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing, quoted or agreed delivery times shall under no circumstances be treated as a strict deadlines. The exceeding of a delivery date quoted by Biochem Products member shall not give the buyer any right to compensation or the right to judicial or extrajudicial termination of the agreement, or any right to postponement of his obligation to pay for or to take delivery of the goods. In the event of delivery not being on time, the supplier shall only be in default after having first been served notice of default in writing with that notice being delivered by registered post, by which a further and reasonable deadline for delivery shall be stated, and whereby the customer’s obligation to take delivery of the goods remains. The foregoing shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event of any other attributable failure to perform on the part of the supplier with respect to the supplier’s obligations towards the customer. The provisions of this paragraph shall not be applicable in cases when performance by the supplier is persistently impossible.
Delivery times. 9.3. Deadlines specified by the Contracted Party shall be indicative deadlines only and not strict deadlines, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Exceeding the deadlines shall not release the Client from its obligations to the Contractor.
Delivery times. Where required, your purchases will be shipped via international air. Delivery time depends on a number of variables, and there may be delays such as bad weather affecting air transport, or a package being held for inspection by customs. Neither Christie’s nor its shipping partners are liable for any delays in international transportation or customs clearance. Shipments can be delivered directly to most addresses, however in certain remote areas you may need to pick up your package from the closest service point of our nominated shipping partner.
Delivery times. Article 14 Delivery times specified in writing at the time of placing the order will commence from the working day following the delivery of the items required. PERIODICALS - PERIODS OF NOTICE Article 15 The principal may terminate the printing by the supplier of any order of a periodical nature, i.e. an order containing components which recur at regular intervals, only by allowing a period of notice, the length of which will be specified below. Such notice will have to be given by registered letter. It the periods of notice as specified fail to be observed, then the principal will have to pay damages to the supplier for the losses incurred and for the loss of profit during the period not covered by the period of notice. Periods of notice: - orders of a periodic nature, that represent over a period of 12 months a sales figure of less than 7.500: 3 months. - orders of a periodic nature, that represent over a period of 12 months a sales figure from 7.500 to 25.000: 6 months. - orders of a periodic nature, that represent over a period of 12 months a sales figure of more than 25.000: 1 year.
Delivery times. Unless otherwise specified in writing, delivery times are given as an indication. Nevertheless, the company agrees to comply with the delivery times that are commonplace in the pharmaceutical sector.
