General provisions. Chapter A applies to the procurement of products and services (including software). Applicability not such conditions materially amend a purchase order and whether or not KPN has accepted or paid for the products and/or services of supplier. Any reference made to a quotation, offer or proposal of supplier shall not constitute acceptance of conditions or requirements contained in the relevant document.
