DEPENDING ON THE APPLICABLE REGIME, AND UNLESS A HIGHER VALUE IS DECLARED, LIABILITY OF THE CARRIER MAY BE LIMITED TO 17 SPECIAL DRAWING RIGHTS PER KILOGRAM OR 250 FRENCH GOLD FRANCS PER KILOGRAM, CONVERTED INTO NATIONAL CURRENCY UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. CARRIER WILL TREAT 250 FRENCH GOLD FRANCS TO BE THE CONVERSION EQUIVALENT OF 17 SPECIAL DRAWING RIGHTS UNLESS A GREATER AMOUNT IS SPECIFIED IN THE CARRIER’S CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE.
1. In this contract and the Notices appearing hereon: CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
Jurisdiction. The Courts of Brussels, Belgium are to have jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with the Agency Agreement, the Calculation Agency Agreement and the Bonds and accordingly any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with any Bonds ("Proceedings") may be brought in such courts. The Issuer and the Guarantor irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. This submission is made for the benefit of each of the holders of the Bonds and shall not affect the right of any of them to take Proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Courts of Brussels, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction over matters concerning the validity of decisions of the board of directors of the Issuer and the Guarantor, or the general meeting of the shareholders of the Issuer and the Guarantor, or the general meeting of Bondholders.

2) Ces conditions sont mentionnées au dos de la facture de l'hôtel et publiées sur le site Internet de l'hôtel. Ce faisant, les clients, les cocontractants et tous les tiers acceptent d'être liés par les présentes conditions générales et particulières, de les avoir lues et d'en accepter toutes les dispositions, sauf convention contraire expresse.
3) Les clients, les cocontractants et les tiers conviennent expressément que les présentes conditions générales s'appliquent à toutes les transactions futures, indépendamment d'une nouvelle confirmation écrite, et plus particulièrement aux accords conclus verbalement, par téléphone, télex, télécopie, courrier électronique ou tout autre moyen électronique.
4) Toute condition divergente des présentes conditions qui n'a pas été acceptée expressément et préalablement par écrit par Boutique Hotel Nonam est sans effet à l'égard de Boutique Hotel Nonam, même si elle n'est pas expressément contestée.
5) L'annulation d'un article ou d'une clause n'entraîne jamais l'annulation des conditions générales dans leur ensemble.
Jurisdiction. 12.1. Any dispute regarding our invoices will come under the jurisdiction of the courts at Turnhout. Belgian law appies.
