Jurisdiction. 1. The Sending State shall have the primary right to exercise criminal jurisdiction over the Personnel of the Sending State in relation to the following offences occurring during a visit for the purposes of the Military Activities:
Jurisdiction. The Courts of Brussels, Belgium are to have jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with the Agency Agreement, the Calculation Agency Agreement and the Bonds and accordingly any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with any Bonds ("Proceedings") may be brought in such courts. The Issuer and the Guarantor irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. This submission is made for the benefit of each of the holders of the Bonds and shall not affect the right of any of them to take Proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Courts of Brussels, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction over matters concerning the validity of decisions of the board of directors of the Issuer and the Guarantor, or the general meeting of the shareholders of the Issuer and the Guarantor, or the general meeting of Bondholders.
Jurisdiction. The following paragraph pertains to jurisdiction and is added to section 1.17 as it applies for the countries identified in bold print below:
Jurisdiction. Any dispute of whatsoever kind shall fall to the jurisdiction of the Court of Veurne, unless stipulated otherwise in the contract.
Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the laws in force in the State of South Australia and you submit yourself to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of South Australia.
Jurisdiction. All our agreements shall be governed by Belgian law. Application of the Vienna Sales Convention shall be expressly excluded. In the event of dispute, only the courts of the Ghent judicial district shall be competent. The Dutch version of these general conditions shall take precedence over translations thereof, which are provided for information only.
Jurisdiction. 1. Subject to the provisions of this Article, United States authorities shall have the right to exercise in the territory of the Caribbean Part of the Kingdom criminal and disciplinary jurisdiction over United States personnel.
Jurisdiction. The courts of first instance (rechtbank) of Amsterdam, The Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Deed (including a dispute relating to the existence, validity or termination of this Deed or the consequences of its nullity or any contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this Deed).
Jurisdiction. Disputes regarding any commitments made may only be resolved by courts in our jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction. The courts of England are to have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the Trust Deed or the Bonds (and any non- contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them) and accordingly any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Trust Deed or the Bonds (“Proceedings”) may be brought in such courts. The Issuer and the Guarantors have in the Trust Deed irrevocably submitted to the jurisdiction of such courts and have waived any objection to Proceedings in such courts whether on the ground of venue or on the ground that the Proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum. This submission is made for the benefit of the Trustee and each of the Bondholders and shall not limit the right of any of them to take Proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over matters concerning the validity of decisions of the board of directors of the Issuer and of the general meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer, and if provisions of mandatory Belgian law apply in relation to meetings of Bondholders, matters concerning the validity of meetings of Bondholders in relation to such provisions.
