Purpose. The purpose of the SLA is to state the service levels, which DANS aims to maintain in providing DataverseNL as a proper, maintainable, and cost- effective service to participating Dutch universities, universities of applied sciences and research institutes.

(a) for the financing of the realisation of Projects; and

1. The system will be deployed exclusively on the high seas.
2. The system will not be deployed in areas under national jurisdiction without the consent of the State or States concerned.
3. The system will create as little hindrance as possible to established international shipping routes with a high density of passing vessels. The origin of the system and its connection to the Netherlands will be displayed through identification markings affixed to the system.
Purpose a) The following procedures have been developed by the Department of Defense of the United States (DoD) and the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (MODNL), hereinafter referred to as “the Participants”; to implement the provisions of the General Security Agreement (GSA) between the Gov- ernment of the United States and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, entered into on August 18, 1960, as amended, and replaces the Security Procedures for Industrial Operations between the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Department of Defense of the United States, dated April 9, 1982. That Agreement provides for the safeguarding of all classified information exchanged between the Governments. This Implementing Arrangement (hereinafter referred to as “Ar- rangement”) will apply to those cases in which contracts, subcontracts, pre-contract negotiations or other government approved Arrangements involving classified information of the Participants, are placed or entered into by or on behalf of the MODNL in the United States (U.S.) or by or on behalf of the DoD in the Kingdom of the Netherlands (NL).
b) Within the framework of their national legislation, each Participant will take all appropriate measures to ensure the protection of classified information or materiel provided pursuant to this Arrangement.
c) ″The U.S. DoD hereby designates the Director, International Security Programs Directorate, Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Technology Security Policy and Counterproliferation) as its Desig- nated Security Authority (DSA) to provide policy oversight concerning the provisions of this Arrange- ment. For the NL MOD the DSA is the Director of the Defence Intelligence and Security Service (DDISS).

Purpose. 1.1. This part of Schedule 2 establishes the conditions by which the assessment procedure of the technical services shall be conducted by the competent authority referred to in paragraph 2 of Part one of this Schedule.
1.2. These requirements shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to all technical services irrespective of their legal sta- tus (independent organization, manufacturer or approval authority acting as technical service).
Purpose. 2.1. These General Terms and Conditions establish the rights and obligations governing the relationship between the Bank and the Client. These sections cover the conditions for opening and operating current and fixed deposit accounts, as well as services that, based on this Account, may be provided or offered by the Bank to the Client, as applicable.
2.2. The Bank and the Client acknowledge with the signing of these General Terms and Conditions and the “Account Application Form” / “Account Opening Form”, that all the services and/or products to be provided or offered between the parties shall also be governed by these General Terms and Conditions, which, together with the specific agreements concerning each service and/or product, where applicable, shall form part of a single master agreement of rights and obligations between the Bank and the Client, applicable to each of its contractual relationships (“master agreement for account opening” or “master agreement”). The master agreement for account opening will not affect the specific or particular conditions agreed to in individual agreements that are signed to establish the subscription of services and/or products requested by the Client, which will prevail, in case of discrepancy. 2.4. De basisvaluta is de door de Cliënt als zodanig in het Rekeningopeningsformulier bepaalde valuta. Gegevens omtrent de verleende of aangeboden diensten en/of producten worden uitgedrukt in de basisvaluta.

Accordingly, any reference in this Agreement and its annexes to “Cen- tral and Eastern European countries”, “countries from Central and East- ern Europe”, “recipient country (or countries)” or “recipient member country (or countries)” shall refer to Mongolia and each of such coun- tries of the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean as well.”
