Price. 3.1. Contractor is entitled to increase the agreed price in the interim, if and to the extent that unforeseen cost-raising circumstances (such as VAT/taxes) occur after the conclusion of the contract, or after the presentation of the offer. 3.2. All taxes, duties and/or levies, of whatever nature, relating to the goods delivered, including new taxes, duties or levies that would be introduced after the conclusion of the agreement, shall be borne in full by the customer. Under no circumstances do the application of new taxes, duties or levies provide the customer with the right to terminate the agreement. 2. The prices applicable to the order shall be those of the last price communicated by EURO TAP RENT. No rights may be derived from apparent misprints or typographical errors in (online) catalogues or price lists. 3. All prices may be increased at any time in the event of and not limited to (i) a demonstrable increase in raw material prices/labour costs by more than 10%; or (ii) an increase in government levies on the products/ raw materials ordered. The new price will be notified to the customer in writing or by email at least one month before it takes effect. If the customer does not accept the new price, it has the option to terminate the agreement by registered letter. If EURO TAP RENT has not received such notice of termination by the time the new price comes into effect, the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the new price.

The prices quoted by the contractor are exclusive of turnover tax and other government charges related to the sale and delivery and are based on delivery ex works according to Incoterms applicable on the date of the offer, unless otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions. Ex works means that delivery takes place at the premises of the contractor. 2. If after the date of conclusion of the contract one or more cost price factors are raised - even if this occurs due to foreseeable circumstances -, the contractor is entitled to raise the agreed price accordingly. 3. The contract shall include the right of the contractor to invoice any additional work that he carried out separately, as soon as he knows the amount to be charged for it. The rules set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article apply by analogy to the calculation of additional work. 4. Any packaging is not included in the price and will be invoice separately. Packaging is not taken back.
Price. 1. The supply of piping or wiring as well as the provision of piping or wiring diagrams is not included in the offer. 2. Unless otherwise agreed, cost estimates and plans will not be charged separately. If the contractor has to make new drawings, calculations, descriptions, designs or tools and the like in the case of repeat orders, a fee will be charged for them. 3. The costs of loading and unloading and transport of the raw materials, semi-finished products, designs, tools and other goods made available by the client are not included in the price and will be charged separately. Costs paid by the contractor in this respect will be deemed as prepayment chargeable to the client. 4. If the contractor has contracted to assemble the product, the price has been calculated including assembly and operational delivery of the product at the place mentioned in the offer and including all costs, except the costs that are not included in the price according to the preceding paragraphs or that are mentioned in art. XVII of these terms and conditions. Costs incurred on account of unworkable weather will be passed on.

Such price may differ from the price provided by such market data providers or from the current price quotes of the relevant exchanges due to the Company’s minimum spread requirements, interest adjustments, connection speed and other relevant factors. 11.1.2. The Client agrees that the Company’s prices shall be the only relevant prices for the Client’s Orders and Transactions. 11.1.3. In order for the Company to quote prices with the swiftness normally associated with the Financial Instruments, the Company may have to rely on prices or information that may later prove to be faulty due to specific market circumstances, for instance, but not limited to, lack of liquidity in or suspension of trading in an Underlying Asset, financial market or exchange or errors in price feeds from market data providers (“Invalid Price”).
