Price. 3.1. Contractor is entitled to increase the agreed price in the interim, if and to the extent that unforeseen cost-raising circumstances (such as VAT/taxes) occur after the conclusion of the contract, or after the presentation of the offer.
3.2. The price does not include travel and subsistence expenses, as well as any other costs and advances.
Price. 4.1 Prices stated by GC or agreed with GC are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs.
4.2 If GC has taken on packaging, packaging, loading, transport, unloading, insurance, installation, assembly or other services without a price having been expressly agreed in writing, it is entitled to charge the client for the actual costs and/or the rates customary at GC.
4.3 Prices stated by GC or agreed with GC are based on the cost price at the time of the offer or acceptance of an assignment by GC. If the cost price subsequently undergoes an increase, GC is entitled to charge a corresponding price increase to the client. If the parties fail to reach agreement on the question of whether and to what extent any increase in the cost price has occurred, the question will be submitted by way of binding advice to an expert to be appointed by the Chairman of the Netherlands Institute for Chartered Accountants.
Price. 4.1. Unless agreed otherwise, the prices shall be deemed to be in EUR, net, EXW (Incoterms 2020 of the ICC, or latest version) at the production site of GF, including standard packing.
4.2. If contrary to EXW (Incoterms 2020 of the ICC, or latest version), at the production site of GF, costs of any kind, in particular all supplementary costs, such as the cost of carriage, freight, insurance, export, transit and import licenses etc. as well as all types of taxes, fees, duties, etc. connected with the contract., shall be borne by GF, GF reserves the right to adjust the prices accordingly in the event of a change in costs.
4.3. If the Products are provided with additional packaging over and above the standard packaging, such packaging shall be charged additionally.
Price. 4.1 The purchase price for the products when exercising the Buy-back option is established in the Agreement (the “Buy-back price”).
4.2 From the Buy-back price, all costs are deducted: which (must) be sustained to restore damage to the products; which (must) be incurred in connection with dismantling and transport.
4.3 A higher value of the products as a result of any possible provisions attached by Client are not compensated to Client. A reduction of value of the products as a result of any possible provisions as may have been attached by Client, will be deducted from the Buy-back price.
4.4 If as a result of government measures or other circumstances outside of the reasonable sphere of control of BCM, the value of the Products to be taken back has dropped, BCM is only bound to compensate this lower value. Client has the right in such cases to have determined the value by external experts, with due regard for what is stipulated in the Agreement.
4.5 In case of buy-back, VAT cannot be invoiced by institutions which are VAT-exempt.
4.6 The Buy-back price will be paid by BCM to Client after delivery and receipt of the products by BCM and after deduction of all costs.
Price. 8.1 Our selling prices are given as an indication. They can be reviewed automatically on our own advice, including: higher commodity prices, higher wages, a change in the exchange rate for imported raw materials following the revaluation of a foreign currency, rising energy costs, lack of raw materials and replacement with other materials, changes in sources of supply for a cause beyond our control. Etc. This list is not exhaustive.
8.2 Some selling prices may have been stipulated in a foreign currency. Our prices are based on the prices of the day as of the date of issuance of our offer and any changes in these prices may result in a revision of the prices indicated.
8.3 The final price will be the amount mentioned in the Order Confirmation and will include all taxes, contributions and other charges (including delivery fees), except VAT and form/cliché fees.
8.4 Pallets not recovered within the 60-day schedule of the delivery date will be charged at the price cost to the Customer.
8.5 No price change will be valid without DS ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ written consent.
Price. 11.1.1. The prices for any Financial Instrument offered by the Company are calculated by reference to the price of the relevant underlying asset which is obtained from independent market data providers. Such price may differ from the price provided by such market data providers or from the current price quotes of the relevant exchanges due to the Company’s minimum spread requirements, interest adjustments, connection speed and other relevant factors.
11.1.2. The Client agrees that the Company’s prices shall be the only relevant prices for the Client’s Orders and Transactions.
11.1.3. In order for the Company to quote prices with the swiftness normally associated with the Financial Instruments, the Company may have to rely on prices or information that may later prove to be faulty due to specific market circumstances, for instance, but not limited to, lack of liquidity in or suspension of trading in an Underlying Asset, financial market or exchange or errors in price feeds from market data providers (“Invalid Price”). Price. 1. All taxes, duties and/or levies, of whatever nature, relating to the goods delivered, including new taxes, duties or levies that would be introduced after the conclusion of the agreement, shall be borne in full by the customer. Under no circumstances do the application of new taxes, duties or levies provide the customer with the right to terminate the agreement.
2. The prices applicable to the order shall be those of the last price communicated by EURO TAP RENT. No rights may be derived from apparent misprints or typographical errors in (online) catalogues or price lists.
3. All prices may be increased at any time in the event of and not limited to (i) a demonstrable increase in raw material prices/labour costs by more than 10%; or (ii) an increase in government levies on the products/ raw materials ordered. The new price will be notified to the customer in writing or by email at least one month before it takes effect. If the customer does not accept the new price, it has the option to terminate the agreement by registered letter. If EURO TAP RENT has not received such notice of termination by the time the new price comes into effect, the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the new price.
Price. All quotations issued by IST are without obligation and exclusive of VAT, unless the parties have agreed otherwise. The quotations apply to delivery EXW (ExWorks) Rotterdam-Hoogvliet.
Price. Unless expressly agreed upon otherwise and in writing by both parties, the price charged in the contract, should take all costs, expenses and charges into account in accordance with the applicable Incoterms agreed upon. The Price of the Products is that as stipulated on the Order, or, should that be the case, as it appears on the Buyer's written confirmation of the Supplier's order confirmation, and is not subject to any changes, except if the Buyer gives prior written consent to that.
4.1 The price, for domestic deliveries, is:
4.1.1 Excluding the applicable Value Added Tax (this is paid by the Buyer who should receive a VAT-invoice);
4.1.2 Including all costs with regard to the Manufacturing the Products Producten en alle kosten voor verpakking, pakking, verzending, vervoer, verzekeringen en levering van Producten aan het Leveringsadres en de eventuele rechten of heffingen naast de belasting over de toegevoegde waarde en;
4.1.3 te betalen in de valuta vermeld op de Order.
4.2 Voor buitenlandse leveringen, is de prijs:
4.2.1 Exclusief de van toepassing zijnde belasting over de toegevoegde waarde
4.2.2 Inclusief alle kosten met betrekking tot de Vervaardiging van de Producten en alle kosten voor verpakking.
4.2.3 Transportkosten en Verzekeringen van de Producten zijn volgens de INCO-termen vermeld op de Order.
4.2.4 te betalen in de valuta vermeld op de Order.
