Unless explicitly agreed otherwise. In Writing, the amounts mentioned in the Agreement and these General Terms and Conditions are in euros and exclusive of Dutch VAT, insofar as due, and exclusive of other government levies.

In Writing, the Product is delivered by Xxxxxxxxxx "ex works" as referred to in the 2020 Incoterms or at least the most recent version of the Incoterms at the time the Agreement was entered into, at Isopartner's place of business where the order was placed by the Customer or, at Isopartner's choice, another branch of Isopartner or a branch of Isopartner's relevant supplier.
