Property and risk. 6.1 DS Xxxxx will retain ownership of the Goods until the Client has fulfilled all of its obligations to the Goods, including the one specified in Section 6.2 below. In the meantime, the Customer therefore does not have the right to resell the Goods, to give it as collateral to third parties or to dispose of it in any other way.
