Representation. You can be represented by an authorised representative or another representative. We may impose rules and restrictions on representation, such as rules regarding the form and content of a power of attorney for instance. If your representative acts on your behalf, you are bound by these acts. We are not required to deal with or continue to deal with your representative. We may refuse to do so, due to, for example: • an objection against the person who acts as your representative (for example, due to misconduct); • doubts about the validity or scope of the representative’s authority to represent you. Your authorised representative may not grant the power of attorney granted to him or her to a third party without our approval. This is important in order to prevent, for example, misuse of your account.

The Inter-Ministerial Conference on Foreign Policy shall likewise allocate the Kingdom’s representation to the Council between the Federal State, Communities and Regions according to the type of Council.
