Additional Mobility Services. (1) In the course of using Additional Mobility Services, FREE NOW acts as an intermediary of a service contract with the respective Mobility Services Provider and neither provides Additional Mobility Services nor becomes a contractual partner of the User. The contractual partner of the User is the respective Mobility Services Providers.
