The ordered goods must be delivered in accordance with the specification and specification contained in the Order / Agreement. The agreed parties, quantities, prices, delivery times and delivery periods are binding for the Seller. 5. Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of transport, insurance and packaging shall be borne by the Seller. 6. The Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer about any situation that may affect the timely delivery of the Goods. Transport documents should be attached to each delivery, which should enable precise identification of deliveries, their control as to the quantity and, if necessary, the data on material safety entered. In addition, along with the Goods should be provided all the documents necessary for proper collection and use of the Goods, in particular: • Delivery specification • W-Z (packaging list) • Invoice • Technical Documentation • Material certificates, other certificates, declarations of conformity, test analysis and approvals/conditional approvals, concessions etc. 9. The documents should specify the number and date of the Buyer's order, the quantity and range of the Goods. 10. The date of execution of the Order / Agreement shall be the date on which the Goods will be released to the Buyer in accordance with the conditions specified in the Order / Agreement and will be Compliant in type and quantity. 11. Partial deliveries, unless otherwise stated in the Order / Agreement, require the written consent of the Buyer. In the case of partial deliveries, unless otherwise stated in the Order / Agreement, the delivery date is the date of the last partial delivery. 12. 13. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods in the packaging in a suitable manner of its transport and storage, so as to provide it in an intact condition. Each packaging unit should contain clear information on the outside in accordance with the requirements of transport regulations, as well as any instructions regarding special storage conditions. The above information should include the order number, batch number, the name of the Buyer, the quantity of gross / net weight delivered. Supplier is obliged to protect (if applicable)the goods during all the production process phases (production, storage, packaging prior to shipment, transport etc.), in order to avoid damage and foreign object (FOD) occurence.
