The buyer, customers of the buyer and supervisory authorities have the right to inspect and examine the materials and control of all goods during production and manufacturing at the Supplier's plants as well as perform controls in the scope that may concern in particular: review of the quality management system documentation, quality records, conducting audits, product control, process control, etc. If such inspection or testing is carried out at the seller's premises, the supplier is obliged to provide access to the equipment and provide any assistance for a secure inspection or testing. Information about the audit should be provided no later than 5 days before the planned date of performance.
