Final provisions. 5.1. Any and all amendments to this agreement, including amendments to this provision, shall be null and void unless made in writing. In the project agreement, the Parties may make other arrangements regarding the confidentiality obligation, whereby to the extent that these ar- rangements would limit the scope of the Parties’ obligations in relation to the obligation arising from this agreement, they shall be null and void unless made in writing. 5.2. If any (one or more) of the provisions of this agreement is or would become unlawful or inef- fective, this shall not affect the validity of the re- maining provisions of this agreement. The agreement shall be governed by the law of Poland. The language of the agreement shall be Polish. Any and all disputes arising out of the agreement shall be settled by a court having ju- risdiction over the registered office of Miele Technika sp. z o.o.
