BAILMENT. Machinery, equipment, tools, tooling, molds, templates, drawings, specifications and samples provided by Buyer to Supplier shall be held in bailment, unless expressly provided otherwise. Upon termination of the relationship between the parties, all items in bailment will be returned to Buyer within 05 (five) business days.
