BUYER ELIGIBILITY. The minimum age for Buyers to register on the Platform is 13 years old. Teenagers between 13 and 18 years of age must be regularly authorized by their parents or guardians to do so. Registration on the Platform and acceptance of these Terms assumes that such authorization has been granted. IPS must cancel the registration of Users under the age of 18 if requested by their parents or guardians, but this does not entitle them to any compensation or refund regarding the Products purchased by the minor while their registration was valid.
