CONSORTIUM GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE. The Consortium's governance model is based on management with well-defined tasks, continuous feedback and clear communication between partners. The INNOV2CARE project will comprise a General Coordination (with representation from the HEIs' top leaders), which will be responsible for structural decision-making, and an Executive Coordination (whose operation will be overseen by UBI) with the presence of the project's technical coordinators (one per HEI) and those responsible for implementing the recommended actions. This Coordination Office will ensure the efficient monitoring and implementation of the project in terms of objectives, progress, execution of funding and quality assurance, namely the progress of activities according to the recommended timetable, continuously assessing any disparities between the intended objectives and the results, as well as defining processes to overcome unforeseen barriers or threats (of internal and/or external origin). Coordination Office will also be responsible for drawing up monitoring reports and financial statements and preparing regular monitoring meetings. An INNOV2CARE management roadmap containing strategic planning (2024-2026) will be drawn up by the lead HEI, with the participation of the co-promoters, to assign clear roles to pursue the shared objectives and to ensure transparent communication channels and efficient monitoring mechanisms. The various procedures, communication and work plans are clearly explained in the "Quality Assurance Plan", drawn up jointly by the lead HEI, in line with the provisions of the PRR Impulso Mais Digital.
