Período de Saneamento. Mediante violação ou não cumprimento de qualquer avença ou obrigação segundo este Contrato ou qualquer outro Documento da Operação, a Parte adimplente deverá notificar por escrito a Parte inadimplente, exigindo que a última sane o inadimplemento dentro de 30 (trinta) dias após o recebimento da notificação pertinente, sem 8.1 Cure Period.
