PROJECT CONTRIBUTION TO THE PRR ECOLOGICAL AND DIGITAL TRANSITION PILLARS AND TO PROMOTING GENDER EQUALITY. In its various activities, the INNOV2CARE project is committed to complying with the "do no significant harm" principle (DNSH), particularly with regard to building and remodelling works in terms of energy efficiency and waste. The project contributes to the PRR digital transition pillar by advocating training in key areas for the digital literacy of health professionals, also providing for investment in simulation structures and equipment, technology rooms, distance learning, teleconsultation and equipment able to potentiate training investment in the consortium HEIs. In this way, investment in these areas within the framework of the project contributes to the PRR effort (22% of the plan's total allocation) for a more digitalized society and academia, in particular by promoting digital skills in education and promoting digital literacy, in this case in health. With regard to gender equality, equal opportunities and adapting to the digital age, particularly to the protection of personal data is concerned, INNOV2CARE is aligned with EU values and with the assumptions of the Equity and Diversity Charters that exist in most of the consortium HEIs.
