Returns. SNIPES also grants the customer a right to return the purchased items within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of receipt of their order. Please note that the items must be returned intact, in perfect condition and in the original packaging The customer's statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by compliance with our rules on the contractually granted (voluntary) right of return and remains in force regardless. Until the expiry of the deadline for the statutory right of withdrawal, only the legal conditions listed therein shall apply. The contractually granted (voluntary) right of return does not limit the statutory warranty rights of the customer, which remain unrestricted. The 30-day right of return granted by SNIPES ends 30 days after placing of the order. The date of the order confirmation is decisive. The exercise of this special right of return is only possible if the ordered goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
