A. – BRASIL, BOLSA, BALCÃO, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with its head office in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, at Praça Antonio Prado, 48, 7th floor, enrolled with the Brazilian Corporate Taxpayers’ Register of the Finance Ministry (“CNPJ/MF”) under No. 09.346.601/0001-25, herein represented pursuant to its by-laws, hereinafter referred to as “B3”; and
