This study aimed to analyze the work contract of the dancers and occupational diseases. The exploratory character will have bibliographical surveys, seeking proximity to the reality of the theme object of study through jurisprudence and scientific articles. Identifies the problem in hiring professional ballerinas due to the individual form of work and occupational diseases caused by the excessive practice of their activities. Finally, with all the information, demonstrate ways added to prevent such diseases resulting from this hiring and the working environment of the dancers.
