DO FORO. 16.1 Fica eleito o foro da Comarca da cidade de São Paulo para dirimir eventuais controvérsias originárias dos presentes CONTRATO de Inter- mediação e de Custódia, com a renúncia de qualquer outro por mais privilegiado que seja. E, por estarem as partes justas e contratadas, acordam que a assinatura da Ficha Cadastral a qual este CONTRATO pertence, ratifica os ter- mos e condições deste instrumento, que passa a produzir todos os seus efeitos jurídicos, bem como o presente CONTRATO revoga expressa- mente o contrato registrado no 10º Oficial de Re- gistro de Títulos e Documentos e Civil de Pessoa Jurídica da Capital do Estado de São Paulo, no dia 24.08.2018, sob o n.º 2.163.374, o qual possui o mesmo objeto deste CONTRATO, ante a ne- cessidade de reratificação das cláusulas deste instrumento. Este CONTRATO encontra-se registrado no 10º Oficio de Registro de Títulos e Documentos e Ci- vil de Pessoa Jurídica da Comarca de São Paulo, sob o nº.2.165.606.

  • Presentation for Scaling Purchaser shall present products so that they may be Scaled in an eco- nomical and safe manner. If prior to Scaling, Included Timber is to be mixed with other timber, Purchaser shall, prior to mixing, provide for distinguishing, by means ap- proved by Forest Service, each product included in this contract. Trees or pieces presented for Scaling that have not been bucked to separate material meeting minimum piece standards from material not meeting minimum piece standards due to diameter, shall be Scaled as though such bucking had been done. Deductions made for rot, check, or other defects re- sulting from abnormal delay in Scaling caused by Pur- chaser shall be recorded separately and charged to Xxx- ber Sale Account under B3.47. Any timber that has been removed from Sale Area during the period of this contract, but remains unscaled after Termination Date, shall be Scaled at the earliest rea- sonable date.
