Common use of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Assignment. The Borrower may not assign or transfer, in any manner whatsoever, all or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Lender. The Lender may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any other third party and may enter into any sub-participation agreement relating thereto.
