Common use of Place of payment Clause in Contracts

Place of payment. (a) Any funds to be transferred by the Lender to the Borrower under the Facility will be paid to the bank account specifically designated for such purpose by the Borrower, provided that the Lender has given its prior consent on the selected bank.
