NOTIFICATIONS. General notices and information about Xxxxx.xxx will be delivered inside Xxxxx.xxx, on the login screen or the relevant webpage on xxx.xxxxx.xxx, and shall be deemed notified when such posting has occurred. General notices are for example information about new features and planned maintenance. Visma may also send general information by email. Notifications regarding changes to the TOS or prices, receipts of purchases and other information related to the Customer’s Accounts will be sent to the Customer’s Primary Contact user by email and deemed notified when sent by Visma. Notifications are effective immediately unless specified otherwise in the notice. Notifications from the Customer to Visma shall be sent as specified in 13.1.
NOTIFICATIONS. Notifications concerning Warrants shall - unless otherwise stated in these conditions - be sent to each Warrant Holder by mail to the last address known by the Company.
