Common use of Reservation Clause in Contracts

Reservation. Pursuant to Article 11(3)(a) of the Convention, the Republic of Finland reserves the right for the entirety of Article 11 not to apply to its Covered Tax Agreements. Pursuant to Article 12(4) of the Convention, the Republic of Finland reserves the right for the entirety of Article 12 not to apply to its Covered Tax Agreements.

Reservation. Pursuant to Article 11(3)(a13(6)(a) of the Convention, the Republic of Finland reserves the right for the entirety of Article 11 not to apply to its Covered Tax Agreements. Pursuant to Article 12(4) of the Convention, the Republic of Finland reserves the right for the entirety of Article 12 13 not to apply to its Covered Tax Agreements.
