If the Costumer and Fjälläventyr beside the General Booking conditions would make another written separate agreement which includes terms and conditions that contradicts the ones stated in the General Booking conditions, the terms and conditions in the written separate agreement shall prevail. As an exception of the formal rule of writing, side agreements regulating Fjälläventyr’s expenses on behalf of the Customer can be made and binding even though the agreement has been made orally.

Any dispute with respect to these Terms and Conditions shall be decided through arbitration according to the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
