Assignment. Khách hàng không được chuyển nhượng hoặc cho thuê cho một bên thứ ba, hoặc thiết lập bất kỳ biện pháp bảo đảm nào cho bên thứ ba, đối với các quyền và nghĩa vụ theo Hợp đồng này.
Assignment. Neither Party may assign this Contract without the prior written consent of the other Party. This Contract is binding, enforceable and valid for the interests of each Party and the legally corresponding assignee, heir.
