GENERAL PROVISIONS. Tùy thuộc vào loại Tài Khoản mở tại HLBVN, Chủ Tài Khoản được sử dụng các Tài Khoản này vào các mục đích và giao dịch phù hợp với quy định của HLBVN và quy định pháp luật trong từng thời kỳ.

GENERAL PROVISIONS. 19.1 For Cardholder having applied for BIDV MAN UTD card, Cardholder agrees that Manchester United Corporation (“MU”) and MU’s business partners, which are subject to change, are allowed to share and use personal information of Primary and Supplementary Cardholder to: (a) provide services at (b) to conduct a market research and customer categorization, and (c) to contact via letter, phone number or electrical methods (including email, text, analog television) to promote MU’s products, services and relevant events unless Cardholder opts out of MU’s promotion scheme. Cardholder shall meticulously review MU’s confidentiality policy including up-to-date list of MU’s affiliates and business partners which is available online at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and in writing that can be obtained by sending direct request to MU DP Officer at MU Ltd, Freepost, NW4517A, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 1BX, England. 19.2 Cardholder authorizes BIDV to request for his/her information from his/her Bank, Company, other institutions and individuals at any time without Cardholder’s consent. 19.3 Cardholder authorizes BIDV to use and store his/her mobile number, email address and other information relevant to Card Transaction via BIDV, whether in or outside Viet Nam, for the purpose of promotion, improvement and enhancement of BIDV’s Card Services.

Chủ thẻ được coi là đã chấp thuận các Điều khoản và Điều kiện sử dụng thẻ ACB trên ứng dụng Apple Pay này khi đăng ký sử dụng thẻ ACB trên Apple Pay và nhấn hoặc chạm vào nút “Đồng ý” hoặc “Agree” hiện trên màn hình ứng dụng Apple Pay. 3.2. Các Điều khoản và điều kiện sử dụng thẻ ACB trên ứng dụng Apple Pay này được áp dụng bổ sung bên cạnh các điều khoản và điều kiện đăng ký và sử dụng tài khoản và thẻ ACB hiện hành. 3.3. Nếu có bất kỳ nội dung nào thuộc các Điều khoản và điều kiện sử dụng thẻ ACB trên ứng dụng Apple Pay này có sự khác biệt so với các Điều khoản và điều kiện đang áp dụng cho tài khoản và Thẻ hiện hành, các nội dung Điều khoản và điều kiện này được hiểu là để áp dụng đối với việc Chủ thẻ sử dụng Thẻ ACB trên ứng dụng Apple Pay. 3.4. Nếu Chủ thẻ sử dụng 01 (một) Thẻ để đăng ký trên nhiều hơn 01 (một) thiết bị di động, nội dung Các Điều khoản và điều kiện sử dụng thẻ ACB trên ứng dụng Apple Pay này sẽ được áp dụng cho Thẻ được đăng ký trên mỗi thiết bị di động và việc sử dụng ứng dụng Apple Pay trên mỗi Thiết bị di động bởi Chủ thẻ hoặc Người dùng. 3.5. Chủ thẻ phải tuân thủ các điều khoản và điều kiện trong hợp đồng phát hành và sử dụng thẻ đã ký kết với ACB, các Điều khoản và điều kiện sử dụng thẻ ACB trên ứng dụng Apple Pay, các thủ tục đăng ký, trình tự giao dịch và các hướng dẫn khác của ACB, sử dụng đúng mục đích những thông tin mà ứng dụng cung cấp.

GENERAL PROVISIONS. 13.1 Việc đòi quyền trễ hay từ bỏ quyền trong một trường hợp cụ thể sẽ không được xem như là từ bỏ bất cứ các quyền nào của Sika theo luật định hay theo thỏa thuận.

GENERAL PROVISIONS. 20.1. Change of Information The Cardholder is responsible for immediately notifying OCB of any changes regarding the Cardholder and/or the Guarantor, such as income sources for debt repayment, disputes that may affect repayment, the status of collateral, contact/residential/workplace addresses, mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and information about the Cardholder’s accounts at other financial institutions. OCB will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the Cardholder’s failure to notify or incomplete notification of changes in the above information.
