Collection of Information and Video Recording. For the purposes of carrying out its auction business, the Company may make audio recordings, video recordings or keep a record of any auction process, it will also require the Seller to provide personal information or collect relevant information from third parties, and the Seller agrees that the Company may use the aforementioned information to provide him or her the auction and related services. The Company is under obligation to keep the aforementioned information of the Seller obtained by it confidential.
