Exclusion of Liability. (a) The Bank shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Cardholder in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of:
Exclusion of Liability. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever arising relating to the Gift Card except where it is caused by the negligence or wilful default of the Bank.
