Common use of Governing Law and Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. 14.1 These Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of the Parties under this Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of PRC. 14.2 During the period of these Terms and Conditions, all disputes, conflicts in relation to the implementation of these Terms and Conditions or in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by negotiation. If it is impossible to resolve by negotiation, each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the PRC, but during the proceeding, those Terms and Conditions without dispute may be enforced in the Courts of any competent jurisdiction.
