Sandvik is and will remain the licensee and/or sole owner of. 10.1.1. all the Intellectual Property comprised in and/or relating to the Goods and/or Services; and 10.1.2. any Intellectual Property created in connection with the performance of the Contract. 10.2. No licence is hereby granted directly or indirectly under any patent, invention, trademark, discovery, copyright or other Intellectual Property held, made, obtained or licensable by Sandvik now or in the future, other than as expressly set out in the Contract.
