章 條款 原本條文 更新條文 七 五 第七章、定期性存款約定條款(不包括可轉讓定期存單) 第五條 定期存款於到期時除立約人事先與貴行另有約定外，皆依其原存款所約定之存款方式自動轉存，立約人屆期若不自動轉存應親臨貴行或其他經貴行同意方式辦理解約手續，到期日如非營業日者，即順延至次一營業日，並按約定之定期存款利率計付利息至順延後之到期日前一 日。定存到期若轉存不同期別， 則需立約人逐期申請轉期，其續存之利率依照轉期當日貴行牌告利率訂定。 Chapter 7 - Terms and Conditions for Time deposit (excluding negotiable time deposit slips) Article 5 Unless otherwise agreed by you and the Bank, time deposit will be automatically renewed in accordance with the original agreements on the deposit at maturity.
