Card Account的定义

Card Account means the account with CCB (Asia) in respect of the Card.

Card Account means the account opened and maintained with the Bank in connection with the use of the Card (including the Principal Card and any Supplementary Card) and/or the Virtual Card (including the Principal Virtual Card and any Supplementary Virtual Card) and reference to "Card Account" shall include Virtual Card Account. The expression "joint account" means the account opened and maintained with the Bank in the name of the Principal Cardholder in respect of the Principal Card and all Supplementary Card(s) and/or (as the case may be) in respect of the Principal Virtual Card and all Supplementary Virtual Card(s).

Card Account means the account with CCB (Asia) in respect of the Card. For UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, Card Account means either the HKD Card Account or the RMB Card Account or both in respect of the Card.

Examples of Card Account in a sentence

  • My continued use of the Card and/or failure to settle the entire outstanding balance of the Card Account and all outstanding Fees and Charges after the expiration of such notice shall be deemed an acceptance of such amendments.

  • Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement, if the Cardholder shall be absent from Hong Kong for a period exceeding one month, arrangement shall be made to settle the Card Account prior to his departure.

  • Amounts of those Transactions processed outside Hong Kong and / or in currency other than Hong Kong dollar shall be converted into Hong Kong dollars before debiting (or crediting as the case may be) to the Card Account.

  • The Cardholder agrees to pay such fees, charges and payments set out in the Charges Table as may be charged by the Bank and/ or debited to the relevant Card Account from time to time, which include without limitation the following charges and fees.

  • All transactions effected in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars are converted from the transaction currency into Hong Kong Dollars and charged to the Card Account based on the exchange rate adopted by VISA or MasterCard, as applicable, on the date of conversion.

  • If I should be absent from Hong Kong for more than one month, arrangements to settle the Card Account should be made prior to my departure.

  • Overlimit Fee - An overlimit fee will be charged if the outstanding balance exceeds the combined credit limit and/or (if applicable) the pre-set credit limit in respect of any Card Account.

  • The Account Holder is liable for the total amount due to the Bank in respect of the Card Account.

  • The Cardmember’s continued use of the Card and/or failure by the Company to settle the entire outstanding balance of the Card Account and all outstanding Fees and Charges after the expiration of such notice shall be deemed an acceptance by the Cardmember and the Company of all the amendments made to this Agreement.

  • All transactions effected in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars are converted from the transaction currency into Hong Kong Dollars and charged to the Card Account by CCB (Asia) or CCB (Asia)’s agents or by third parties based on the exchange rate adopted by VISA or MasterCard, as applicable, on the date of conversion.
