My continued use of the Card and/or failure to settle the entire outstanding balance of the Card Account and all outstanding Fees and Charges after the expiration of such notice shall be deemed an acceptance of such amendments.
Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement, if the Cardholder shall be absent from Hong Kong for a period exceeding one month, arrangement shall be made to settle the Card Account prior to his departure.
