Supplied spare parts must be in original, intact, sealed packaging ensuring their protection until initial opening, and they must have original labels of their manufacturer. The arrangement of the spare parts must be as per each item number in the Bill of quantities. The supplies shall be delivered in cardboard box, packing case or euro pallets and they must be fastened securely with metal bands to the euro pallet or in tightly closed packing cases or cardboard boxes. Packaging and insulation materials must be foreseen during the packing process so that the fragile and specially treated surfaces of the materials not to be damaged. In case of revision, modification or change in the technical documentation referring to a certain article made by the manufacturer, each first delivery of this article must be accompanied by all necessary technical documentation such as drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and new material numbers. In case that the delivery is not accompanied by all necessary documents or there are evident mismatches with the purchase order, the contracting authority reserves its right to refuse such a delivery Each delivery must be accompanied by the following documents at least: • Packing list; • Certificate of quality and/or Declaration of conformity by the manufacturer; • Purchase order of the contracting authority;
