021 Inclusions. The bargaining unit shall include all full-time certified/licensed, part-time certified/licensed, regular full-time classified and regular part-time classified personnel as hereinafter defined. Teachers shall be defined as in ORC Section 3319.09, including guidance counselors, federally funded program teachers, school nurses, and tutors. Part-time teachers shall be defined as teaching less than thirty- three (33) hours per week.
