106 CHANGE ORDERS. The services of the Professional arising from a Change Order authorized by the Department, which is not the result of the Professional’s error or omission, shall be compensated at the Change Order Fee established for the Project applied to the Change Order amount, with no reduction in Basic Services Compensation for Credit Change Orders. The Department will issue a Work Order for some or all Change Order fees owed to the Professional after Final Inspection or at the Department’s discretion and then the Professional shall submit an invoice for payment for these fees.

The services of the Professional PROFESSIONAL arising from a Change Order authorized by the DepartmentDEPARTMENT, which is not the result of the ProfessionalPROFESSIONAL’s error or omission, shall be compensated at the Change Order Basic Services Fee percentage established for the Project applied to the Change Order change order amount, with no reduction in Basic Services Compensation for Credit Change Orders. The Department will issue a Work Order for some or all Change Order fees owed to the Professional after Final Inspection or at the Department’s discretion and then the Professional PROFESSIONAL shall submit an invoice for payment for these feesfees on Change Orders.
