102 SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS DURING DESIGN. Unless a Special Condition states otherwise, the Professional may invoice monthly for the percent complete for the design stage. The negotiated dollar value of each design stage is listed in the Agreement. When the Project is being designed and bid in multiple bid packages or phases, payment for services in subsequent design phases is not contingent on the approval of a prior phase. The Professional shall only invoice up to ninety (90) percent of the value of a stage until the stage submission is approved by the Department.
