105 PHASING. During any of the design stages, the Department at its sole discretion may determine that the Project and the related Contracts will be designed, bid and/or constructed in more than one phase. The Department and the Professional’s will negotiate an Agreement for Professional Services for each phase.

  • Phasing The Contractor shall not proceed beyond any previously authorized phase of the Work for a project unless authorized by the Owner in writing, except at the Contractor’s own financial risk. Applicable phases of the scope of work shall be identified in the Project Proposal.
